How quickly can you start the work after I accept the quotation?

Although we make every effort to arrange work as promptly as possible, there may be instances of delays caused by exceptionally busy periods and various factors beyond our control.

Throughout the winter months, which span from October to February, our company encounters high demand, and adverse weather conditions can contribute to delays.

Do you require to my home, e.g. for electricity?

If there is a convenient way to remove logs, branches, and other debris from your property, such as side access, we won’t require access to your home.

Additionally, our equipment runs on diesel, petrol, or cordless batteries, eliminating the necessity for electricity.

How will you leave my garden?

We will ensure that your garden is left neat and tidy, minimising any evidence of our presence.

Unless otherwise agreed, we will dispose of all waste and clean the area manually, using a handheld leaf blower to clear away any remaining debris.

Depending on the size of the tree or project, there may be some damage to the lawn, but we will make every effort to keep this to a minimum.

We will take preventative measures, such as using ground protection mats when operating heavy machinery on wet soil.

North London Tree Surgeons has built an outstanding reputation for leaving properties in excellent condition, often better than they were before our arrival.

What happens to all the waste, logs, timber, branches, etc?

We possess a valid license for transporting green waste and are committed to disposing of all waste in a responsible manner.

The majority of the waste generated from our tree surgery procedures is repurposed, while any remaining green waste is transported to power stations for biomass utilisation.

If you wish, you are more than welcome to retain the material, such as woodchip or logs. However, we kindly request that you inform us in advance so that we can include it in the quotation.
